You don’t need any yoga experience or special physical fitness to start with Kundalini Yoga.

In yoga classes you practise together with others – moving your body, relaxing, meditating. Each class is different from the next. We focus on a theme – an organ, a body part, a chakra, a mental challenge, sometimes over several classes.
